If you join our team as a contractual agent, you will complete an onboarding process before you can begin servicing clients. Our company partners with the Arise® Platform, and the onboarding process includes the following steps:

• Create your profile and complete the required assessment on the Arise platform.
• Successfully pass a background check.
• Ensure your computer meets the required system specifications. Agents are responsible for providing their own equipment and workspace. A computer with a minimum of 8 GB of RAM is required; however, 16 GB of RAM is strongly recommended for the best performance.

Once you have successfully completed the onboarding requirements, you will have the opportunity to select from available Fortune 500 client programs. After choosing a client, you will enroll in that client's paid certification class. To successfully complete certification, you must meet all attendance requirements and achieve the minimum passing score required by the client (typically 85% or higher, depending on the program).
