How do I get paid?

All rates are paid by Virtual solution to R&R Remote Resolution. Agents working for R&R Remote Resolutions are paid based on rates negotiated by and between the R&R Remote Resolution and agent, not the Virtual solution company.

Revenue represents a range that includes a combination of base rate paid to contractual agents and potential incentives agents may earn that could include but are not limited to performance and urgent service incentives.

What should I do if I will be on vacation for some of the days of a certification course?

100% attendance is strongly encouraged. Try to find an opportunity that you will be able to attend every session. You can speak with your class instructor, if you have an issue with attendance. However, the best practice would be to not sign-up for a class if you have a vacation planned.

Why can’t I create a profile in my state?

The Virtual Solution platform is available in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Jamaica, and India.

However, we currently do not work with the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, and Washington.

Do agents, who contract with R&R Remote Resolution business, have to go through the entire registration process?

Anyone who wants to use the Virtual Solution Platform, will need to complete the entire registration process. The individual will have to take an assessment test to work for R&R Remote Resolutions co.
