What is the Platform Usage Fee?
As of June 1, 2025, the Arise Virtual Solution company charges the agents a 5% platform fee per invoice earnings twice a month. This covers the ability for agents to access client opportunities and technical support.
R&R Remote Resolution Services charges a $25 dollar administrative fee per pay period this covers processing payroll, bank & book keeping fees, distributing tax documentation and SOW tracking. These fees will come out of the agents paycheck before being deposit to their bank accounts.

How do I get paid and how much do I get paid.?
All rates are paid by Arise Virtual solution Co. to R&R Remote Resolution Services. Agents contracting with our company will be paid based on rates negotiated by and between the R&R Remote Resolution Services and the agent, not the Arise Virtual Solution company. Payments will be deposited into the agent's bank account after fees are deducted.
Q: How much can I earn?
A: Most agents earn $13–$15/hour, depending on the client and schedule.
Q: When do I get paid?
A: Pay periods are 1st–15th and 16th–end of month, with direct deposit 3–5 business days after each period ends.
Work schedules and policies vary with each Fortune 500 company.
What should I do if I will be on vacation for some of the days of a certification course?
100% attendance is strongly encouraged. Try to find an opportunity that you will be able to attend every session. You can speak with your class instructor, if you have an issue with attendance. However, the best practice would be to not sign-up for a class if you have a vacation planned.
Why can’t I create a profile in my state?
The Arise Virtual Solution platform is available in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Jamaica, and India.
However, we currently do not work with the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, and Washington.
Do agents who contract with R&R Remote Resolution Services have to go through the entire registration process?
Yes, anyone who wants to use the Arise Virtual Solution Platform will need to complete the entire registration process. The individual will have to take an assessment test to contract with our company.
What are the steps of the registration process?
Registration is a multi-step process that starts with completing a simple 5-minute profile. We will walk you through registration during our Webinar meeting.
How long before I can start servicing a client program?
Upon successful completion of the registration process, your next step will be to enroll in the client certification course of your choice. Client courses may take as little as three weeks or as long as eight weeks to complete depending on the program selected. The agent will be paid for attending the classes.
Where can I find the System & Equipment Policy?
In order to use the Platform, the system and equipment policy must be met. Certain client programs may have additional requirements. Your computer will have to go through a scan software to make sure your system is compliant with the following standards.
