Before signing up to contract with our company, you will need at a minimum the following basic equipment. A computer with window 11 software, two monitors, high speed internet, with at least a 16 GB system memory capacity. Also a noise-cancelling USB headset.

Contracting Work for Seniors

How does the process go?
Step 1: Register Online
Contact us by completing the form below on this website page and we will set-up a webinar appointment to walk you through the process.
You will need to take an online short assessment skills test
Your computer will have to run through a quick PC Scan during the registration process to make sure your system is compatible with the client's system requirements.
Choose: R&R Remote Resolution Services, LLC when prompted to join a Service Partner. We will give you our ID number once you have attended the webinar and registered.
NOTE: If you live in one of the states below you are not eligible to contract with our company at this time.

Step 2: Choose Your Client
Once registered, you will see the companies available that you can contract with based on your assessment skill test score.
You will be able to view class schedules, and client details.
All remote calls are inbound only — no cold calling or selling
You must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
*NOTE: A $30 background check is required. *
Step 3: Certification is paid.
When you have chosen the company you want to contract with.
You’ll complete their online instructor-led paid certification class.
Most classes run 4–6 weeks, Monday–Friday, with morning, afternoon, and evening options (some clients may offer 6-hour sessions).
Certification is online.
During certification you will learn your client’s system and policies.
Step 3: Work & Get Paid Twice Monthly
If you pass the certification class, you will start taking inbound calls for your client and earning revenue. Contractual part-time or full-time *You are responsible to pay your own taxes and must fill-out and complete a 1099 form.*
Choose your own schedule (days, evenings, or overnights)
Pay is twice monthly via direct deposit
Pay Periods: 1st–15th and 16th–end of month.
Deposits arrive 3–5 business days after each period
*Arise charges a platform fee of 5% per pay period earnings.(Twice a month) and R&R Remote Resolution Svc charges a $25 dollar administrative fee per pay period. * (THIS APPLIES ONCE YOU START EARNING REVENUE)*
