Certification class schedules vary by client. While many classes are held during daytime hours, some clients may offer afternoon or evening certification classes. However, availability depends heavily on the specific client opportunity you select. These schedules are not guaranteed and depend on the opportunities available at the time of enrollment.
If you are currently employed full-time and seeking supplemental income, please be aware that finding a certification class that accommodates your existing work schedule may be challenging, but it is not impossible.

Equipment Requirements
Invest In Yourself
Before signing up to contract with our company, you will need at a minimum the following basic equipment. A computer with window 11 software, two monitors, high speed internet, with at least a 16 GB system memory capacity. Also a noise-cancelling USB headset.

How does the process go?
Step 1: Register Online
Reach out to us by completing the contact form below on this website. We will reply within 48 hours to get you started with the on-boarding process.
You will need to take an online short assessment skills test
Your computer will have to run through a quick PC Scan during the registration process to make sure your system is compatible with the client's system requirements.
Please Note: If you live in one of the states that is grayed out on the map below we are not actively sourcing from that state right now. This includes the District of Columbia. Additionally, the Arise® Platform is not currently available in US territories, including Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands

Step 2: Choose Your Client
Once registered, you will see the companies available that you can contract with based on your assessment skill test score.
You will be able to view class schedules, and client details.
All remote calls are inbound only — no cold calling.
You must contract a minimum of 15 hours per week and the maximum is 37 hours per week.
*NOTE: A background check fee varies per the client. *
Step 3: Certification.
When you have chosen the company you want to contract with.
You’ll complete their online instructor-led certification class.
Training sessions vary by client, with some classes offering evening blocks (such as 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. ET or 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.), alongside traditional daytime options. But this totally depends on the client.
Arise offers paid certification training for client opportunities. Certification classes typically last between 2 and 6 weeks, depending on the client opportunity selected, and may require approximately 6 hours of attendance per day.

We strongly encourage all prospective agents to carefully review the certification class schedule before selecting a client opportunity to ensure they can meet the attendance requirements.

Step 3: Contract & Get An invoice Twice Monthly
If you pass the certification class, you will start taking inbound calls for your client and earning revenue.
*You are responsible to pay your own taxes and must fill-out a 1099 form.*
What fees will I have to pay?
* 5% platform fee paid to Arise Virtual Solutions Co. per invoice cycle. (Twice a month)
* $30 per invoice cycle (Twice a month) paid to R&R Remote Resolution Svc for administrative/support services.

Choose your own schedule (days, evenings, or overnights)
Invoice payment to agents are given twice monthly via direct deposit
Pay Periods: 1st–15th and 16th–end of month.
Deposits arrive 3–5 business days after each period
